Manufacturing Defects If a product is non-functional due to a manufacturing defect, it must be returned with the original box, information booklet, and all included accessories. Transaction Fees For returns on orders paid via Bank Cards (Credit/Debit), the payment gateway transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. For orders paid via Cash, no additional transaction fees will be applied to your return.
