Replacement and return policy

• The customer can return purchases before receiving the product, or exchange within 3 days from the date of receipt.
• The replaced goods must be in their original condition when purchased, unused, and their outer packaging in their original condition and the presence of the original invoice, taking into account some exceptions for shower products, personal care products, and used bed linens (such as bed sheets, duvets, pillows, toppers).

• Products of special offers, clearance offers and discounts cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product and it must be reported within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of receiving the product and it must be unused and in its original condition.

• In the event of a refund, the amount is not paid in cash to the customer, but is transferred to the customer's personal account within 10 working days.

• The warranty on mattresses does not include mattresses that have been exposed to any liquids, dirt or cuts, or that are placed on bed bases with spaced wooden planks, or damaged or broken wooden bases, or any damage as a result of misuse.

• Ensure that the mattresses fall on the internal springs.

• Products with special sizes, specifications, detailing, or special requests are not returned or exchanged.

• In the event of a return, the customer will have to pay shipping fees, bank transfer fees, or any other fees.

• The customer has the right to store the products in the warehouses of the Saudi Furniture Company for a period of two months as a maximum. A storage fee of 5% of the product value will be charged for each additional week.

• Products purchased through the installment program cannot be returned.
