Phase One — FormingThe journey begins in the heat of the kiln where molten crystal is formed into a raw blank, followed by a mandatory forty-eight-hour cooling period.
Phase Two — SculptingA master artisan begins a gruelling ~100-hour sculpting process using traditional diamond wheels to shape every line and contour by hand.
Phase Three — PolishingThe process concludes with a five-stage hand-polishing sequence that removes the haze of the cuts to reveal luminous clarity.

Care & Handling
Handling: Always lift the piece by its main body or base, never by delicate parts. Use two hands with a firm grip; soft cotton or microfibre gloves prevent fingerprints.
Cleaning: For dust, use a dry, soft, lint-free microfibre cloth or a soft brush; for fingerprints, gently buff with a clean dry microfibre cloth. For deeper cleaning, slightly dampen a microfibre cloth with distilled water — never spray liquid directly onto the crystal.
Avoid: abrasive cloths, paper towels, chemical cleaners, window spray or solvents — these can scratch or dull the crystal. A display piece only: NOT dishwasher safe; never submerge in hot water (thermal shock can crack it).
Display & Storage: Place on a stable, level surface away from high-traffic areas, and avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
Wooden Box: Dust with a dry, soft cloth and keep away from humidity and moisture.
