Born in the house’s archives around 1770, “A Striche” — Venetian for “stripes” — is a quest for the essential, almost abstract: hand-painted bands radiate from each rim, traced in gold — here in vivid orange. The solid-banded signature plate anchors the setting; the striped service brings the rhythm. Each piece is decorated by hand in Venice — no two are strictly identical.
